Returns

Due to the nature of household cleaning products, we do not accept returns for change of mind after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
